The Street Fighter 5 worldwide beta is set to reopen this Friday at midnight, Capcom has confirmed.
Following the beta’s postponement last month, it is now set to reopen and run for five days until September 2 at 3pm BST.
In the press release, Capcom has listed a couple of caveats to try and ensure a smooth experience for players, including using a wired connection where possible and avoiding downloading anything in the background while playing.
The servers will also be periodically shut down for maintenance, however Capcom “expect everything to run continuously throughout the entire five day beta period.”
The beta will include six playable characters: Ryu, Chun-Li, Nash, Birdie, Cammie and Bison. You can check out our preview right here. Or, you can watch our video preview below:
