Activision has announced that last week’s release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package broke Xbox LIVE records with more than one million gamers worldwide having downloaded the map pack during its first 24 hours on release.
The DLC went on to sell over 2.5 million units within the first week.
The Stimulus Package, featuring five multiplayer maps, is available now only on the Xbox 360 priced 1200 MS Points. A release on PS3 and PC is expected at a later date.
