Steam Link, the official Valve Software app that allows you to play games from your PC's Steam collection on other devices, has finally been launched onto iOS devices.

Though the Steam Link hardware was retired last year, the free app which has become its replacement was only available on Android, due to Apple rejecting the software being distributed through the App Store.

It seems there's now been a change of heart, as Steam announced the launch of the app on iOS devices via Twitter. It means that users can now stream their Steam library to their iPhones, iPads or Apple TVs.
