EA has unveiled the first gameplay trailer for the Starfighter Assault mode in Star Wars Battlefront 2. Prepare your eyes because there’s a loads of action and explosions occurring, and while your battles might not be quite as cinematic as this trailer, it won’t fail to get fans excited. Bravo Dice, you’re on a roll.

The Starfighter Assault gameplay trailer shows off space battles taking place above planet surfaces and in space itself. These battles will be staged across a number of different environments, such as The Unknown Regions, which is kind of like the part of Stoke I used to live in. There’s Death Star debris floating above Endor, an Imperial Shipyard in Fonder and even a shooty-blasty-flighty fight passing through Ryloth and Karmino.

The brief trailer also shows off some of the the Hero and Villain ships piloted by the likes of Darth Vader, Darth Maul and Yoda, who are all no doubt using the Force. The Millennium Falcon pops up for a wee moment also.

Players who pre-order the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition will get early access to the beta, if that’s your kind of thing.

Star Wars Battlefront II is out on November 17 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
