Stardew Valley developer ConcernedApe has confirmed on Twitter that the game's Switch multiplayer update is ticking along nicely.

Creator Eric Barone revealed that the update has been sent to QA, so presumably it won't be long until we get our hands on it. The multiplayer mode has been highly anticipated by the community, and allows three players to team up and take up the daily grind and bunk down in their own cabin.

Hell, you can even marry another player if you really feel strongly about them. Multiplayer was previously released for the PC version of Stardew Valley back in August. Speaking of that version, there's also a mod that allows you to grow and sell weed if you're into that sort of thing.

Stardew Valley was released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in 2016, and later arrived on Switch and PlayStation Vita in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
