Pre-launch guild registration for Star Wars: The Old Republic has now closed, BioWare has announced.

Guilds that have met BioWare’s pre-requisite of four members with redeemed pre-order codes will now be locked for transfer into the game by launch.

If a user’s guild has not qualified they will receive an email over the next few days which will give further details on the status of your guild and on how to join a guild once in-game.

Additionally the email will tell users what server the guild has been assigned to.

Earlier in September, BioWare first began to allow users who created and registered for a guild to set up alignments with other guilds, to increase the likelihood of being placed on the same server.

Star Wars: The Old Republic will launch December 20 in North America and Europe.
