The Forge creation tools offered in Halo 5 are proving to be quite capable of delivering some truly impressive maps, with the latest being a recreation of Star Wars: Episode 1’s podrace.
From creator CaptainDireWolf, The Boonta Eve Halo 5 map makes use of a welding glitch to form the actual podracers out of Ghosts. Players can jump into a racer to zoom around the circuit, though with no custom game types your gameplay options are somewhat limited.
If you die you’ll respawn in the stands from which you can snipe at other racers.
The podracer map follows shortly after the release of the Mario 64 map, which recreates the castle hub found in the classic platformer.
