English-born Camilla Luddington has been named the new voice and performance actress for Lara Croft, Square Enix has announced.
Camilla had a recent role on Showtime’s Californication and can be found in the current season of HBO’s True Blood.
“Finding Camilla was no easy task, as it took an international talent search across Europe and the US to find the actress to deliver the right emotion and tone for the character,” explained the Tomb Raider facebook page.
Camilla will make her public debut discussing the role this July at Nerd HQ and Comic-Con panels.
Tomb Raider will be released March 5, 2013.
