Developer Toys for Bob has announced that Spyro Reignited Trilogy has been delayed, saying the compilation needs a little more 'love and care.'

The platforming bundle was originally scheduled to arrive on September 21 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. As a result of the delay however, you'll now be picking up the game slightly later on November 13.

'I really hoped that you would be rescuing dragons and scorching Rhynocs sooner, but the Trilogy needs more love and care. In November when you’re exploring the Dragon Realms, Avalar and the Forgotten Worlds, we know you’ll agree the extra time was worth the wait,' wrote Toys for Bob's Paul Yan.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy fully overhauls the first three PlayStation titles in the series, namely Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto's Revenge, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon. The collection also features a remastered soundtrack by Stewart Copeland, who composed the original scores.
