Ubisoft has revealed that Splinter Cell: Conviction, the next instalment in the multi-million selling Tom Clancy franchise, is now scheduled for release during the publisher’s fiscal 2009-2010.
“Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, whose release was previously scheduled for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008-09, will now bolster the line-up for fiscal 2009-10,” states the Ubisoft press release.
This means we can expect the title to hit stores at some point in the twelve months that begin April 1, 2009.
Previous info had the game pegged for release on Xbox 360 and PC.
