Amongst the Games Convention 2007 kafuffle last week, two new Xbox LIVE Arcade titles quietly made their way into the public realm.

First up is Space Giraffe from Jeff Minter, the mind that has previously brought us the video game world Llamatron and Tempest 2000. Featuring unique visuals and 100 levels of shmup action, Space Giraffe looks good value at only 400 Microsoft Points.

Also released last week was Street Trace: NYC, a fast-paced racing title in which players use hoverboards. The game features a host of modes including tournaments, time trials, four-player split screen and eight-player online. In addition to racing game modes, players can compete in combat arenas with four game types to choose from. Street Race will set you back 800 Microsoft Points.

Each title sports the usual 12 Achievements, 200 Gamerscore Points and online leaderboards.
