Brash Entertainment has announced the August 2008 release of Space Chimps the video game for Xbox 360, Wii, PS2 and Nintendo DS.
Described as a colourful, action adventure game, Space Chimps promises to combine the characters and world of the forthcoming CGI movie with a unique storyline that will put gamers in the heart of the action.
The game will feature 11 levels based on locations taken straight out of the movie, plus unique environments previously unseen. Players will be able to switch between fighting and puzzle solving as they travel from level to level playing as Ham and Luna on a mission through a dangerous inter-universal wormhole.
Players will also be able to battle in two-player co-op on home console versions, while the Nintendo DS game will present gamers with exclusive gameplay with 3D side-scrolling action and two-player multiplayer.
Space Chimps the video game will release alongside the film in August 2008 for Xbox 360, Wii, PS3 and DS.
