Originally revealed at Ubisoft’s E3 2016 press conference, South Park: The Fractured But Whole was announced to be coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One on December 6. Then it got pushed to Q1 of 2017 to allow for development time, but was once again delayed on February 9.

Well, third time’s the charm.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole has a new release date of October 17, 2017, and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Anyone who buys the game prior to January 31, 2018, will also get South Park: The Stick of Truth for free.

The Fractured But Whole boasts a brand new combat system to The Stick of Truth, but don’t worry fans, fart-based powers are still important, as you can see from the new trailer below.

Four editions of the game will be available from off: Standard, Gold, Steelbook Gold, and Collector’s Edition. No details on pricing was announced.

If you pre-order the game, South Park stalwart Towelie will join your superhero adventure as an in-game assistant, and apparently provide ‘helpful and hilarious advice and commentary to players at key locations throughout the game.’
