Since its debut appearance, Sonic and the Secret Rings has looked to be one of the more promising titles from the first batch of titles heading to the Wii. The game has the looks and most importantly appears to have the same sense of speed that made the original 2D side-scrolling platformers so popular.
In Secret Rings Sonic enters the world of the Arabian Nights as he races to find the missing pages from the story. In addition to over 100 different missions, the game features over 40 mini-games which can be played with up to four people.
It’s now been confirmed that European gamers won’t have to wait much longer, with SEGA today announcing that Sonic and the Secret Rings will be available across Europe from March 2.
