Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has had its European release delayed by several weeks to October 9, distributor Namco Bandai has told Eurogamer.
The game had been set to appear in UK stores on August 21. No reason for the delay was given.
City Interactive will be hoping for a repeat of the success achieved with the first Sniper game, which clocked over two million sales worldwide as of December 2011.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 will be released for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
