Super Smash Bros. for 3DS has sold over 2.8 million units worldwide, Nintendo has announced.
Following strong sales in Japan, the game arrived in Europe, the US and Australia last week and has continued to sell well. I enjoyed the series first-ever portable outing, too, and you can read my thoughts here.
Alongside the announcement, Nintendo also confirmed that the Wii U version will be arriving on December 5, one week after the first line-up of Amiibo figures launch.
