Xbox EMEA community manager Graeme Boyd, better known as AceyBongos, has announced that Sky Player will launch for Xbox 360 on October 27, 2009.
“October 27 – that’s the date when you’ll be able to watch TV from Sky on your Xbox 360,” Twittered Boyd. “Channel line-up and pricing to come at launch.”
Sky for Xbox 360 will allow existing and new Sky customers to watch content, including Premier League football, using their Xbox 360 console – content will be delivered over the internet and no Satellite dish is required.
