A fact sheet in the hands of Kotaku indicates that Konami's Silent Hill Origins is to be released for PlayStation 2 in March 2008. Climax, the studio behind the PSP game, is said to be handling the port.

The Climax website indicates the studio is working on an unannounced title for Konami, but neither the developer or publisher have chosen to comment at this time. PSP to PS2 ports have had past success, with Rockstar Games' PSP Grand Theft Auto titles proving very popular on the home console.
