Developer FoamPunch has announced snowboarding game Shredders will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC this December.

First revealed as part of the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase, the game cites classic Xbox original title Amped as its inspiration. You’ll be breaking into the snowboarding event of the year and pulling off insane tricks as you prove your worth.

You’ll have to master park riding, backcountry boarding, rails, kickers and more as you earn your place. The game also promises “powder so fresh you’ll lose yourself for hours” in the game’s open world, with hand-sculpted parks and urban environments.

Project lead Dirk Van Welden says ““We built a snowboarding experience that allows you to define your own style. In snowboarding there are so many incredible ways to do a simple 180 and Shredders gives you that level of control. Carving, buttering, and the sensation of floating on fresh powder all feels amazing.”
