Gamers who are willing to have a Gears of War 3 skull icon shaved into their head will win a free copy of Gears of War 3 – providing they are one of the first 10 to do so.
Head down to the gamestation store in Birmingham, New Street from 9am tomorrow and the first 10 people who rise to the hair challenge will walk away with a free copy of Gears of War 3. An on-site ‘extreme’ barber will be there with clippers in hand.
Neil Ashurst, head of UK PR at GAME said: “We know that gamestation customers are committed gamers and Gears of War fans are some of the most passionate out there. We wanted to give these fans a way of showing their commitment on the day Gears of War 3 launches and look forward to seeing how many fans are willing to take this ultimate hair challenge.”
The event kicks off at 9am at gamestation, Birmingham New Street and runs until 3pm.
Meanwhile hundreds of stores will be opening at midnight across the UK.
