The initial line-up of Master System titles set for release on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console will include Sonic & Tails 2, Sonic Drift 2, The GG Shinobi, Dragon Crystal Shirani’s Maze, and Columns.
SEGA hasn’t given info on release dates or how much the games will cost.
“This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Game Gear system, and we believe that releasing these titles on the groundbreaking Nintendo 3DS is a great way to commemorate the occasion,” said Haruki Satomi, vice president of Digital Business at SEGA of America.
Games from Game Boy, Game Boy Colour and TurboGrafx will also be making their way to the stores.
