Sega has announced the next ten batch of games that will come bundled in its upcoming Sega Mega Drive Mini console which is due to launch in September, and it includes a few well known classics.

The ten games revealed today as per the Sega Europe Twitter account are:

  • Mega Man: The Wily Wars
  • Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition
  • Sonic Spinball
  • Phantasy Star IV
  • The Story of Thor (known as Beyond Oasis in the US)
  • Ghouls 'N Ghosts
  • Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
  • Golden Axe
  • Vectorman
  • Wonder Boy in Monster World

These join the 20 titles already announced so far, leaving ten more left to be revealed. It's also worth noting that the pads that come with the system will only have three buttons, which may prove tricky when playing Street Fighter II, but Sega has also announced that they're working with Retro Bit Gaming to release six button controllers that will be sold seperately for $19.99 USD (UK pricing TBC).

Our friends at @RetroBitGaming are releasing a USB 6-button controller for the Mega Drive Mini! Find out more info here: https://t.co/pvPiZVpsmt
