Secret of Mana, the top-down Japanese RPG first released back in 1993, will finally launch on Android devices this autumn, Square Enix has announced.

The game tells the story of Randi, a boy who accidentally discovers the great Mana Sword and embarks on an adventure with companions Primm and Popoi.

You may remember that the title made its way to iOS platforms back in 2010, meaning it has taken the publisher four years to port the title over to Android.

In celebration of the Android announcement, the iOS version has been reduced to only £2.49 until August 10.
