The release window was confirmed on the cover ad of this week’s MCV, alongside news that the game would offer players the chance to “play as Sebastien Loeb and live the best moments of his career”.

The game will also be on show at next week’s E3. So far, publisher PQube has only formally announced an autumn release date.

Developed by WRC 4 developer Milestone, Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo promises to be “the biggest rally game ever”, offering over 300km of real roads and more than 50 car models from over 16 different car manufacturers.

WRC 5, meanwhile, which is being developed by French studio Kylotonn Games, is also due out around the same time, arriving on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and PC this autumn.
