Rare’s shanty-singing pirate adventure Sea of Thieves has been updated to version 1.0.3 this week, with the PC and Xbox One title receiving a tidal wave of new bug fixes and key gameplay improvements.
Chief among the list of additions include a Message From Beyond, which is basically a reminder from the Ferryman on how players can scuttle their ship, while the Blunderbuss has had its damage reduced and the damage for Eye of Reach has been increased. The PC version of Sea of Thieves has also seen some tweaks in regards to mouse sensitivity.
In terms of general fixes, update 1.0.3 irons out an issue that saw players unable to equip a second weapon, removes numerous server and client crash niggles, and gives players an advanced warning of an impending server shutdown.
Head over to the official Sea of Thieves website for a full list of patch notes.
Sea of Thieves launched on March 20 and has been named the fastest-selling Xbox One IP to date.
