Same-sex marriages can now be performed in the new European release of Allods Online.
In an interview with NowGamer, producer Vincent Douvier has described the new in-game marriage feature that has launched since the European release, which gives users a five per cent bonus to their HP if they are within a 50 metre radius of their partner.
Same-sex marriages will be allowed in this version of the game, however according to Douvier: “In other regions, only guys and girls can get married to each other”.
Divorces can be initiated as well. Players can pay five gold to divorce from one another, or one player can buy an item called “Champagne” in order to force the break of the marriage in case their partner has stopped playing the game.
