It’s a flashback to the past for both this week’s new XBLA titles. First up is Zen Studios’ Rocky and Bullwinkle, based on the popular cartoon series of the 1960s. It’s a mini-game collection (over 100 are included), which enables up to 12 players to compete in a hot-seat party mode. There are also 25 games designed to function with the Xbox LIVE Vision camera.
Rocky and Bullwinkle will be available on April 15 priced 800 MS Points.
Second up comes another blast from the past, with Atari’s Battlezone arriving in enhanced form for only 400 MS Points. With the object of the game to destroy the enemy’s brigade, players can compete in a host of multiplayer modes both locally and over Xbox LIVE. Modes include Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag. There’s also the option to use the XBL Vision camera to challenge opponents.
