MTV Games and Harmonix have announced that Rock Band 3 will be released in North America on October 26 for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and Nintendo DS.
We’re yet to receive official confirmation of the game’s UK release date, but EA’s UK press website has the game down for October 29.
Rock Band 3 will feature an 83-song set list and access to more music than any other music game, as well as innovative new gameplay modes and instruments – including a keyboard and fully functional guitar.
Additionally, MTV announced pre-order promotions at a number of leading US retailers, offering free track packs to in-game guitars as a reward for committing to purchase. UK pre-order incentives haven’t been announced.
