Retro City Rampage DX is coming to the Nintendo Switch on July 27, that’s not too far off. According to a posting on the EU eShop, found by @NinImpactGaming (it’s not on the UK eShop just yet, blame Brexit), Retro City Rampage DX will apparently retail for €14.99. It should be about £10.99 for us Brits.

Thanks to @NinImpactGaming for sharing this info.

A game inspired by the 80’s, with a dash of the original Grand Theft Auto- style thrown in for good measure, Retro City Rampage is an open-world crime game in a similar GTA vein. In it, you’ll steal cars and run over pedestrians for shiny coins. You’ll also collect power-ups and run from the law, while  wreaking  havoc  throughout the city. The game has over 50 story missions, and an arcade mode with over 30 score-based challenges to boot.

Released five years ago in its original form on Xbox 360 and the Wii, the remastered Retro City Rampage DX has now come to every other  console over the last three years. As such, the Nintendo Switch is the only console it’s yet to come out for. So boxes ticked and all that. Seriously though, hurry up with Shakedown Hawaii.

Retro City Rampage is out on the PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Xbox One and PC. It will release on the Nintendo Switch on July 27.
