Insomniac Games has confirmed that Resistance 3 will be released in 2011.
The game was officially announced at gamescom last week, but no release date was given. While some fans were hoping for a late 2010 launch, the studio confirmed the 2011 date via Twitter last night.
The game won’t be making an appearance at PAX next month either, but Insomniac will be taking along Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the new cooperative title in the hit action series.
PAX runs September 3 – 5.
