Capcom Unity has released a bunch of interactive screens comparing the 2002 version of Resident Evil (using the Wii Archives port) with the in-development HD version coming in 2015.
The stills from the Wii game were taken through component cables.

Resident Evil HD will launch in 2015 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
