Capcom only recently unveiled Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition and yet we’ve already got a firm release date. It’s not too far off either, with the game making its way to Europe on June 29. Meanwhile, Resident Evil spin-off Umbrella Chronicles is lined-up for release later in the year.
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition is a Wii-enhanced version of the critically acclaimed game which has already hit GameCube and PlayStation 2. The game will feature a host of Wii Remote waggling and aiming, plus all the bonus content found in PlayStation 2 version.
Umbrella Chronicles is an entirely new experience designed to fully utilise the unique Wii controllers. The game dives into the history of Umbrella Corporation and sees players shooting and stabbing their way through locations from Resident Evil 0, 1, 2 and 3.
