Resident Evil 2 was the best-selling PlayStation 4 game on the PlayStation Store in January, Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe has announced.
The survival horror revamp comfortably fended off the other big release of the month, Kingdom Hearts 3, which debuted in sixth place. Other than that, it was the usual suspects; Grand Theft Auto V and FIFA 19 in second and third place, respectively.
It was a different story across the pond, however, with Kingdom Hearts 3 topping the chart and Resi 2 settling for second place. From what I gather, Kingdom Hearts has traditionally been more popular in the US than the UK, so that makes sense.
