Capcom has announced that net sales decreased to 11,953 million yen for fiscal year 2011 – ended June 30, 2011. This is down 37.2 per cent from fiscal 2010.

Profits decreased to 775 million yen, down 22.9 per cent from the previous year.

With no major new titles launched during the April-June quarter it was Monster Hunter Freedom 3 which contributed most in Capcom’s consumer games business. As for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D and Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Capcom says they “basically achieved projected sales”.
