Firemint has announced the release of a free update for Real Racing 2 HD, which enables full HD 1080p visuals when playing using an iPad 2 hooked up to a HD television.
Connect your iPad 2 to a TV via HDMI and experience 30 frames per second racing, rendered in 1920 x 1080 resolution, while your position, speed and lap time is displayed on the iPad 2.
What’s more, the transition to and from the big screen is seamless. Attach an HDMI cable and the game will jump to your TV, while removing the cable will see the racing switch back to the iPad 2.
