Last summer we had the opportunity to play with what looked like a very innovative gaming tool. The Gametrack Direct Motion Capture system allowed Pro-G’s editor and chief to embarrass himself by showing the public how bad he is at Golf. The game was Real World Golf and today In2Games has announced that the game’s official website has launched.
Real World Golf is set to launch across Europe on August 26th on PlayStation 2, with the PC version arriving in late September. A US release is expected later this year. The Gametrack system puts your real swing into the game by analysing your actions when swinging the included ‘mini club’. You can also attach real clubs to the system, but don’t let the other half see you swinging clubs around in the living room.
