Joystiq reports that God of War: Chains of Olympus developer Ready at Dawn is working on second God of War title for PSP.

The studio had apparently hung up its PSP development boots, posting on its official website back in June 2008 that it was “now officially done with PSP development”. If Joystiq’s source proves correct, PSP development at the studio is now back in full swing with Sony having ordered up a second God of War title.

The studio is reported to have received PSP development kits late last year, with the unnamed source indicating that the game could be far enough along to be shown at E3 in June.

Ready at Dawn president and co-founder, Didier Malenfant, told Joystiq: “You know that even if we were [making the game], I couldn’t answer your question.”
