If you’ve been hoping to cop a current-gen Razer Blade 16 this year for a steal of a price, then you’re in luck. Built with an RTX 4070 GPU and Intel i9 CPU, Razer delivers some serious horsepower with this laptop. We haven’t been able to find the Razer Blade 16 at the discounted $3,000 price tag (was $3,399) anywhere else. The standout feature of the Razer Blade 16 is its mini-LED dual-refresh display which works beautifully with Intel’s 13th-gen i9 CPU and the Nvidia mobile RTX 4070. Its “dual-mode” feature is used to change between a staggering 3840 x 2400 resolution at 120Hz or 1920 x 1200 at 240Hz which is a treat for content creators. As a mini-LED display, it doesn’t quite compare to the best OLED laptops, but it doesn’t need to – it will still produce a stellar image.
Buy this gaming laptop if you want something that will handle pretty much any game you throw at it. Anyone looking for something that can beast AAA titles with a high framerates while looking great will like what this Razer Blade can do. Compared to its predecessor. What’s more, thanks to the RTX 40-series GPU, it can take advantage of DLSS 3 Frame Generation, too.
Moving from strength to strength – the Razer Blade 16 also boasts excellent connectivity, with support for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two USB-C ports and an SD card reader. It’s still priced a premium despite this discount, but you get what you pay for. The laptop itself is remarkably compact and features attractive customizable RGB backlight.
