Rayman Legends will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 28, 2014, Ubisoft has announced.

The next-gen port features upgraded graphics and “suppressed” loading times over the current-gen versions, along with exclusive next-gen features.

The Xbox One version will include 10 challenges “to unlock new time-limited Achievements”, while the PS4 version will let players scratch off Lucky Tickets using the DualShock 4’s TouchPad and continue the game on PS Vita via Remote Play.

In addition, the two versions will also feature exclusive outfits: Splinter Ray, Ray Vaas and Globox Vaas on Xbox One, and Assassin Ray on PS4.

A price for the next-gen versions has yet to be announced.

Oh, and one last thing. Ubisoft has also teamed up with Snoop Lion to help promote the next-gen port. I have no idea why, but the incredible result can be found in the video below. And yes, you really did see Snoop Ray.
