Ratchet and Clank Nexus will now be released for PS3 one week later than planned, hitting UK stores and PSN on November 22, Sony Computer Entertainment has announced.

Nexus is described as being shorter than a regular game in the franchise, but acts as a tidy bow on the PS3 era of Ratchet.

To soften the blow Sony confirmed that the budget priced release – available for under £20 – will now include a free download of Ratchet & Clank: Quest For Booty. An option called Disc Benefits will automatically appear on your XMB once you have downloaded R&C Nexus from PS Store or inserted the disc in the console.

In addition, pre-order at participating retailers and you’ll receive Ratchet’s Pyronox Armour inspired by Gadgetron’s popular Infernox Armour. The armour provides a 5 per cent damage reduction.
