Following a disappointing showing from Microsoft’s UK studio Rare at E3 – at least from the hardcore standpoint – Xbox fansite Xboxygen caught up with Larry Hryb (Major Nelson), Xbox Live Director of Programming, to find out what else is coming from the Banjo-Kazooie dev.
Asked if we can expect “surprises from Rare in the coming months?” Hryb said: “Of course [smily face].”
No more info was given, but The Major’s comment does leave the window open for a Rare game announcement at gamescom in August.
The only game currently confirmed to be in development at Rare is Kinect launch title Kinect Sports.
