Three Raiden murals will be unveiled across key English cities as part of the launch promotion for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Konami has announced.

Konami has partnered with leading creative aerosol agency, EndoftheLine, to produce three recreations of Yoji Shinkawa’s Raiden design on the side of prominent buildings in London, Leeds and Liverpool. The Raiden images will be instantly visible in key commuter routes in each town.

Work on the murals began yesterday and are scheduled for completion to coincide with the game’s release on February 22. A video showing the production of the artworks will be released online.

The Raiden images will appear in Sclater Street in Shoreditch, Aire Street in Leeds, and Ropewalks Square in the heart of Liverpool.

Yesterday it was announced that Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima will be in attendance for the launch of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance at GAME Westfield.
