Atari has announced that it’s teaming up with Q Entertainment to bring three of music game legend Tetsuya Mizuguchi’s award winning titles together in one retail pack. The collection, tentatively titled Q3 (Qubed), is scheduled for worldwide release in spring 2009 for Xbox 360 at retail and will include Rez HD, Lumines Live! and E4.

“We’re honoured to be working with Tetsuya Mizuguchi, an incredibly talented and visionary game designer and musician who never fails to amaze with his creations,” said Phil Harrison, President of Infogrames Entertainment, the parent company of Atari.

Mizuguchi added: “We are honoured to be working with Atari and for myself, personally, the company that brought Pong, the very first video game I ever played when I was 11 years old.”

While Rez HD and E4 will be the same as the versions currently available on Xbox LIVE Arcade, the Q3 version of Lumines Live! is scheduled to include the Base Pack along with additional content that will enhance and extend the gameplay experience.
