More reveals from The Game Awards, and during last night’s gameplay premiere of the new Miramar desert map, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds also announced that its 1.0 PC release, which will include the map, vaulting, new weapons and much more, is out on December 20

The game has been in Early Access on PC since March 2017, and an earlier build will head to the Xbox One in that console’s own Xbox Game Preview program a few days earlier, on December 12. The development team claim there’ll be no price increase for the PC version when it moves out of Early Access into release, and promise all new Battle Royale maps will be free for all players.

Miramar itself has just gone live on the PUBG test servers for you to try yourself on the game’s PC version too; here’s the full patch notes for that.
