The PlayStation Vita Slim will be available to pre-order in the UK from tomorrow, retailer ShopTo has revealed.
ShopTo leaked details about the new console in an email sent to customers this evening (pictured above), which states that “The New PS Vita Slim Console” will be “revealed and available to pre-order tomorrow 30.1.14”.
Clicking on the link provided in ShopTo’s email currently redirects to the retailer’s homepage. Unfortunately, the email does not provide any pricing or release date details.
The leak comes ahead of an official announcement from Sony, which is expected to take place tomorrow morning.
The PS Vita Slim features a 20 per cent thinner and 15 per cent lighter design than the current PS Vita, and is available in a range of colours. However, it also drops the Vita’s OLED screen, replacing it with an LCD display.
The new console launched in Japan in October 2013.
