Sony’s director of PlayStation Home, Pete Edwards, has said that PlayStation Home micro-transactions are not currently a priority for Sony, but a business model does exist.
“It’s been a long road,” said Edwards at the London Games Conference. “We’ve proved there is a market out there and we’ve got a lot of people that spend a lot of time in [Home]. It’s not a priority right now but there is a business model there.”
Speaking earlier this year, Edwards revealed that European Home users spend an average of 56 minutes in Home per session.
