Project Draco, the Kinect exclusive dragon game from Panzer Dragoon creator Yukio Futatsugi, is now officially titled Crimson Dragon, Microsoft announced at an Xbox 360 10th anniversary event in Tokyo last week.

The confirmation follows the name’s listing by the Australian Classification Board.

The on-rails shooter sees players progressing through stages by controlling your dragon’s movement to avoid oncoming obstacles. The dragon automatically moves forward, with players using their left hand to fire single shots and the right hand to lock on and launch homing attacks. Wave both hands to fire off a screen-clearing bomb, only available once a spirit gauge is filled.

There’s also a degree of dragon customisation, making it possible to introduce new skills by feeding your dragon and equipping weapons.
