Professor Layton has been a huge hit for Nintendo in the UK, with the DS titles selling to gamers and non-gamers thanks to their unique blend of clever puzzles and stunning presentation. Until now, though, the animated movies haven’t been available in the UK.
This is about to change, with British anime distributor Manga Entertainment announcing that it will be releasing the first movie, Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva, on Blu-ray and DVD this September.
Cast members Yo Oizumi and Maki Horikita, the actors who play Layton and Luke in the games, star in the movie.
