Prison Architect, the prison creation and management game, will launch at retail worldwide for PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on June 28, Introversion Software has announced.

In Prison Architect players build and manage a maximum security prison which must hold the most dangerous of criminals.

The console port has been handled by Double Eleven in partnership with Introversion, and promises a range of exclusive content not found in the PC game:

Story Mode: Fully-fledged story mode that unravels a tale of jealousy, defeat, murder, deception, embezzlement, lies, family and betrayal.

Prison Warden Mode: Allows players to jump in and take control of one of several pre‐built prisons right away to get into the action faster.

World of Wardens: A feature that grants you the ability to share your prisons online and try your hand at governing prisons that others have uploaded.

Pre-order the game now at major retailers to receive the $10 DLC, All Day and a Night, free. Xbox Game Preview players will also receive the DLC free.

All Day and a Night contains eight new wardens, eight new prison maps and eight new plots to build on your prison experience and bend the rules. The DLC will be available to purchase digitally for $9.99 at a later date.
