Demonic PS2 action game Primal is heading to PS4 later this week, Sony has announced.

The game first released way back in 2003 but is being re-released on PS4 as part of the publisher’s ‘Classics’ range. You should probably expect it to include full Trophy support and an enhanced 1080p resolution.

Originally developed by SCE Cambridge Studio (now known as Guerrilla Cambridge), Primal sees players put in control of Jen, a young woman with supernatural abilities that allow her to transform into a number of demonic forms. A price and exact release date for the PS4 release has yet to be announced, but expect to see it priced anywhere between £7.99 and £11.99.

Primal follows the launch of a number of PS2 classics on PS4 in the last six months, including GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas, Manhunt, Bully, Max Payne and Parappa The Rapper 2.
